Our 100% plant based food doesn’t sacrifice flavour, texture, or authenticity. It’s made with the same love, care and time that’s been put into foods like croissants and perogies for centuries, and with the same traditional techniques. We make all our components from scratch including vegan butter and even our own soy milk!
Owner and Head Chef Brianna Suddaby has been passionately fascinated with cooking and baking for many years, and worked her way up from dishwasher to pastry chef, studying recipe books all the while. She finds joy both in production - working with the dough every day to get it just perfect - and in research and development - experimenting and finding new ways to combine classic flavours to create treats the like of which you’ve never tasted!
